Amelia found a hat at Target that she liked - so I made her one just like it - with a rainbow flower.(As you can see - Eli is NOT a morning person...)

Fall Festival

Halloween

OK - since everyone is wondering what happened to the pictures...

I lost the charger for my camera so all of my "good" pictures are being held hostage right now... everything you see here was taken haphazardly with my phone. I promis I will post better pictures later!



This one is from our pre-halloween celebration at Chic-fil-a... (Amelia is wearing her "belle" dress and Eli is wearing his robot costume)This was from our second pre-halloween celebration. They had a hay ride and pumpkin patch for the kids along with several bounce houses and games for the kids.
This is the "real" halloween trunk or treat at the church down the road from us.

I guess all the hard work was worth it!

Go Panthers!

After an awesome day at the fair Amelia got another treat.... She got to go to a Panthers game with mommy and daddy.

Our once a year trip to the fair...

Amelia and Austin got to ride the ponies. (Of course Amelia got the pink one...)

Eli ate snacks and enjoyed the stroller ride...

We all rode the bumper cars - I don't think there was anyone else on this ride except family and friends...

Amelia was super branve and tried the newest craze... walking on water in a hamster ball...And of course - the traditional tea cup ride... what would a trip to the fair be without it???Amelia tried out all kinds of new rides this year. We went way up in the sky on this one.Amelia was finally tall enought to ride on the motorcycles this year too.Steven, Amelia and Austin had a blast riding together this year.Eli got to try an ice cream cone. He loved it - by the end it was running down his arms.While Eli was eating ice cream Amelia was riding the train.Then we went to see the animals. The piglets were adorable. Amelia, Steven and Austin fed the zebus, goats llamas and camels too. They didn't get to hold the baby chicks this year :(...Amelia won a Dora balloon.And everyone rode the ferris wheel.

It was a long hot day packed with FUN!!! Can't wait to go back again next year!
