New Bike

Amelia got a new bike this week!

Amelia got brave

This year Amelia was brave enought to go all the way in the ocean with Daddy... they went out past the breakers several mornings.

Dinner at the beach

We spent a lot of time at the gazebo next to the beach. One night we had dinner there.

Afterwards Amelia fed the leftovers to the birds.

Just another day at the beach...

Amelia picked out the special fishy "surf board" for daddy and bought it with her own money!

New Friends

Amelia met a new friend at the beach this year. She and Maddie swam together every day. They even had to get matching fish floats...
Maybe we will get to see Maddie again next year.

Bye bye beach

Vacation was far to short....

Poppi had to get a hat like Eli's. His straw hat was a hit at the beach.Even Amelia decided to try it out.

Aquarium

We stopped at the NC Aquarium on the way home Saturday.We saw all kinds of sea creatures but the best part was watching the divers on the HUGE (almost 4 million gallon) salt water exhibit. The divers talked to the kids and then fed the fish...Eli even woke up to watch.

7 months old!!!

At 7 months old Eli loves to sit on the floor and play with toys. He is getting ready to start crawling - but loves to stand up even more. He loves attention and especially loves to play with his big sister (mostly he likes to pull her hair and slobber on her stuffed animals...)
