18 days

As of today we officially have 18 days left. Where did all that time go?

I went back to the Dr. today. She switched me to Hep.a.rin for the next few weeks. Pretty much the same routine as with the Lov.e.nox. (Only 36 more shots to go!!!!)

The most freak out part was watching my contractions (yes, you read that correctly - CONTRACTIONS) on the NST monitor. I've seen the irritability on the monitor before - but this was completely different. It was a smooth rise to a hump and then back down again. Who knows if it means anything. I'm just way to anxious to get this last little bit over with so I can actually see this little guy.

We had another great ultrasound today too with lots of cute pictures... He was all active and showing off again too...

We've been busy making use of the good weather this weekend! We washed windows and tried to clean up the yard a little bit.

Native American Day

Amelia's class had Native American Day today. Truett went to help out so we got some pictures.

All of the kids made a drum and a necklace and decorated a vest.

Then they all went to the gym (because of the terrible rainy weather) to do some activities.

They had to throw a "spear" to catch a deer.

And climb a mountain to get the feather for their headband.

And best of all! Amelia got to spend the morning at school with Daddy!!!

35 Wk Ultrasound Pictures

Everything still looks great! Baby weighs 5lbs 13oz right now!!

I think the pictures we got today are the best yet! We had the best sonographer yet - she even told us she could tell he would have hair!

Amelia wore her witch costume to school on Friday.

Daddy had the front porch all lit up when we got home from the carnival.

Baby Shower #2

Everyone at work hosted a WONDERFUL baby shower for us today!

The cake was AWESOME!!!! It was a cream cheese cake with real buttercream frosting in the most beautiful shade of blue.

And we got a wonderful 99.9% vegetarian lunch.

Christine made the tablecloths and center piece bouquets. The edge of the tablecloth is little blue tarheel feet!

Elizabeth made a diaper cake - complete with a little sugar bear and baby on top!

We got all kinds of great gifts...
